Manage Content

With the Content Manager you manage various types of content you can publish to your Virtual Workspace. There are 2 categories currently, but we’ll add more of them in the future!

• Presentations – allows you to publish presentation slides (as a JPG or PNG file), take a look at the Tutorials section of the Platform Guide (Content Manager > Publish your presentation) to learn how to do this.
  • After you successfully published Presentations, you can show them on the various Smart Screens that are available in your Virtual Workspace. Take a look at the Tutorials section of the Platform Guide (Connec2 Client > Virtual Workspace) to find out where you can find these Smart Screens.
• 360 Content – allows you to publish 360 visuals (as a JPG or PNG file)
  • After you have successfully published 360 Content, you can view them in the Holodeck Space. Take a look at the Tutorials section of the Platform Guide (Connec2 Client > Virtual Workspace) to learn how to access the Holodeck Space in your Virtual Workspace.
